introduction to mindfulness

I am a Zen meditation practitioner, mindfulness & meditation teacher and mentor

My experiences have been so life-changing and life-affirming that I wanted to share what I have found: I trained and qualified as a Zenways Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.


I offer a couple of ways to introduce yourself to mindfulness


Why Mindfulness?

mindfulness can significantly improve our wellbeing and mental health. It can assist in managing stress & anxiety and can enhance focus, concentration and emotional regulation. Mindfulness aims to cultivate more of an awareness of the present moment and we respond to our thoughts and emotions.


Mindfulness Weekly "drop-in" Events 

will be running in Northampton area from June/July (details to be confirmed) 


Introduction to Mindfulness three week course

1 hour per week (online) - to act as a 'taster/introduction' to the eight week course


* Zenways Mindfulness Teacher Training is Recognised and Accredited by IMTA (International Meditation Teacher Association)

* The Zenways Course is Recognised by the College of Mindful Clinicians

* Enhanced DBS Certified
