I am a Zen meditation practitioner, meditation teacher and mentor
My experiences have been so life-changing and life-affirming that I wanted to share what I have found: i trained and qualified as a Zenways Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher.
I run regular courses to teach you, from the position of a novice with no, or limited experience, to become comfortable with meditation.
Then, for you to have your own, personal meditation practice, to take away with you after the course has finished.
The approach and techniques have a proven 2,000-year plus heritage in the Buddhist tradition.
The Course itself is secular and non-religious:
You do NOT have to 'believe' or subscribe to any religious ideals to take this course. Equally, if you do have strong religious beliefs either Course will also be suitable for you.
