Summer Solstice has arisen and moved on as we move, gently, into the second half of this year.
The longest day of the year and the shortest night of the year ... interesting how the second half is somewhat lost in the focus on the longest day? – almost prompting a new blog to check out (... there is a new blog to check out!)
We are just coming to the end of the most recent Mindfulness & Meditation for Health & Wellbeing course.
I will be confirming details of the next online course in a couple of weeks: probably looking at a September start.
I usually look to have around ten (10) or so on each course, so numbers are limited to ensure a good experience for all.

Each of these mindfulness courses is self-contained and can be taken in any order. These mindfulness courses also include meditation workshops that focus on various stress reduction techniques.
You will leave with your very own personal practice.
