The Summer Solstice has come and gone, gently propelling us into the second half of this year.
This marks the longest day and the shortest night of the year; it's intriguing how the latter half often gets overshadowed by the focus on the longest day. This observation almost inspires a new blog to check out (... and yes, there is a new blog to explore!).
As we wrap up the latest Mindfulness Courses, including our Mindfulness & Meditation for Health & Wellbeing course, I will soon confirm details for the next online Meditation Workshops, likely starting in September.
Typically, I aim to have around ten participants on each course to maintain an engaging environment and ensure everyone benefits from effective Stress Reduction Techniques.
