“Stress & Anxiety: Understanding and Overcoming for Effective Performance”

I will help you understand what stress & anxiety are, how & why you react as you do and then introducing you to proven techniques to reduce your stress and anxiety…leading to more effective performance and happier individuals - both in and out of the workplace.
Having a wealth of first hand international corporate experience gained over many decades (in both technical and commercial roles) combined with qualifications & training in Mindfulness & Meditation and Martial Arts, I am well placed to offer both an understanding of the challenges that stress & anxiety can bring, and to offer training to reduce those impacts.

Ideally the workshop will work best with 5-10 participants per workshop.

The structure is based around two session:

Session 1: Setting the scene...the challenges (introductions/ definitions/ examples/ stress reaction)

Session 2: Moving ahead...working strategies (How mindfulness can help/ reality vs perception/ coping techniques to take way)

The workshop is face-2-face, has a presentation element (powerpoint), is relaxed in tone and experiential...you will get involved during the 3-hours!
