I just returned from a transformative four-day Enlightenment Intensive retreat; the unique Dyad format can fast track opportunities for change, and I highly recommend it.
I recently delivered the pilot for a new workshop called "Zen & Self-Defence" at a retreat in Somerset. This workshop integrates mindfulness courses, focusing on bringing attention to our personal protection while exploring psychology and awareness. It does not involve any physical techniques or martial art movements; rather, it highlights strategies and stress reduction techniques for improving our safety against potential violent crime.
Additionally, I have recently achieved my Reiki 3 Master Level in the Usui Tibetan Reiki lineage and am looking to offer Reiki locally (currently searching for a suitable venue or collaboration in the Northamptonshire area) and online.
